I'm Joe Conner, founder and owner of Rennoc Consulting. With over 35 years of corporate I.T. experience, I navigated the complete evolution of business technology from the early days of analog systems to today's complex digital networks. Since 2011, I've focused exclusively on serving small businesses, from sole proprietors to growing companies with 10-15 employees.

My corporate I.T. background gave me deep technical expertise, but working with small businesses taught me something equally important: you need a completely different approach than what large corporations use. Small businesses require personalized attention, cost-effective solutions, and someone who understands your unique challenges. After earning dual Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certifications with a security specialization, I founded Rennoc Consulting in 2011 to bridge that gap for Oakland and Macomb County businesses.
